    Situated in the Garrison Historic Area directly on Palm Beach (South Coast of the island), off the main road, Amaryllis Beach Resort is set on 5.5 acres (22,500 sq. metres) of prime beachfront property with 150 metres of white sand beach. While at Amaryllis, enjoy safe swimming and snorkeling amongst the colourful fish of a natural ocean "aquarium" or take a stroll along the nature walk in our lovely tropical gardens. Located 1.5 miles (2.4 km) from Bridgetown, the capital of Barbados and 10 miles (16 km) from Grantley Adams International Airport, Amaryllis is the perfect choice for vacationers and business people alike. The Resort was completely refurbished and expanded in 2003. Amaryllis Beach Resort is part owner of the 18-hole Barbados Golf Club, a 15-minute drive away. We are Green Globe 21 certified and a member of Green Hotel Association, USA, and the Caribbean Alliance for Sustainable Tourism. As we care about our environment, all our rooms and enclosed public areas are non-smoking. Situated just 3 minutes drive from our sister hotel, Allamanda Beach Hotel, a 50-room, 3-star property.

    Room Information: * HOTEL ROOMS (2 PERSONS): Consist of king or twin beds, telephone (international direct dial) with computer outlet, television (satellite), central air conditioning, private bathroom with tub or shower, small fridge, coffee maker (coffee available for purchase in the Convenience Store), hair dryer, clock radio, ironing kit and in-room safe (additional charge), large patio or balcony, garden view or oceanfront. * DELUXE STUDIOS (UP TO 3 PERSONS): Same facilities as a Studio except a Deluxe Studio is a more spacious room, may have king bed, two double beds or twin beds, and can hold a rollaway bed for a third person.

    Turtle Nest Beach Bar: Open daily. 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (except Thursdays & Saturdays, open until 11:00 p.m.) * Lunch Menu available from 11:30 a.m. - 3.00 p.m. * Dinner on Thursdays & Saturdays is served from 6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Meal Plans available: BP (breakfast only), MAP (breakfast and dinner), AI (breakfast, lunch, dinner and house brand drinks by the glass), or there is the Special Meal Plan (SMP), which consists of 7 breakfast and 3 dinners with a glass of wine.
